Returns and Exchanges:
- Returns will only be considered within 3 days of receipt of your item. Item has to be shipped back within 3 days after my confirmation. Must include a tracking number as well.
-No refunds/returns available for any "Healing Kits/Supplies" items or any Aromatherapy items. Due to the nature of these items, all sales are final.
-The item has to be in unused condition and has to be packaged in the original packaging.
- Buyer is responsible for shipping costs on return items.
- Returns are not accepted on Custom Orders, Made to Order Items.
- Refunds will occur only after I receive the item undamaged and in the same condition as it was sent. The amount of the item will be refunded, minus the shipping costs.
-If an item is having fit issues for whatever reason, ship it back to me and I will fix it. Keep in mind, you will have to cover shipping costs. So be sure to read the item descriptions carefully and make sure to measure your wrist for a correct fit. Feel free to ask any questions! :)
Unless otherwise noted, orders will be shipped within 1-3 days of purchase. Custom order shipping time will vary depending on the order.
*I use USPS First Class shipping. If you would like to upgrade to Priority Shipping, this can be done for an additional charge.
*All orders are shipped with tracking. Let me know if you would like your order insured, there will be an additional fee.
*All orders marked delivered that are lost or stolen are not refundable. Make sure your shipping address is correct and safe. Once your package is shipped, it is no longer in my control. I am not responsible for any damage that occurs to items once they have been shipped. If damage does occur, you should contact the carrier as soon as possible.
All international orders with standard shipping, please expect at least 10-15 days, depending on your country. All orders marked delivered that are lost or stolen are not refundable. Make sure your address is correct and safe. Once your order has been shipped, it is no longer in my control. If damage occurs en route, the carrier should be contacted.
Buyer is responsible for any customs, taxes and duty fees.
You have the option to add insurance to your order for an additional fee. If you are interested in upgraded shipping, let me know and I will give you a quote for your area.
